Public Health Sudbury & Districts’ Chapleau office is relocating

Public Health Sudbury & Districts is excited to announce that the Chapleau office is moving. The current office will be closing at 4:30 p.m. on January 29, 2021, to begin the moving process and will reopen at the new location at 8:30 a.m. on February 1, 2021.

Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our office is open to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Services are available beyond these hours, by appointment.
