Reporting back to Public Health
- Clubs will need to submit a short story, pictures, or videos of the activity in action! This will be due by the March 31, 2025. This information may be highlighted on the social activity funding page on phsd.ca.
- All clubs and groups who receive funding must confirm that funds have been spent within the time frame outlined and must keep a copy of all their receipts.
