Staying social helps build relationships and improves physical and mental well-being. As part of the regional Stay on Your Feet strategy, Public Health Sudbury & Districts launched this pilot funding opportunity to help community partners deliver activities that encourage social connections among older adults. Support for social connections aligns with the main elements of the Stay on Your Feet approach to healthy aging—Let’s be strong, Let’s be active, Let’s be social.
