Public Health Sudbury & Districts expects day and overnight camps (Government of Ontario) to protect workers and participants and take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Public Health Ontario has for up-to-date guidance and resources for day and overnight camps.
Education (schools)
Public Health Sudbury & Districts is committed to doing all we can to support a safe school environment.
All school boards in Ontario released their own school re-opening plans, which were guided by the Ministry of Education. You can find the plans for each school board in our service area by visiting their website. We also encourage you to reach out to your child’s teacher or principal if you have any specific questions or concerns.

Public Health Sudbury & Districts expects all health care sector employees and employers to take measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and follow the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Long-Term Care guidance for the health sector.
Transportation
Public Health Sudbury & Districts expects all transportation sector (Government of Ontario) employees and employers to protect workers and customers and take measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All public transit owners and operators in Sudbury and districts must have policies in place to stop people from entering if they are not wearing a face covering.
