Substance Use Care (harm reduction and treatment)

Grounded in a harm reduction and cultural competence philosophy, the Substance Use Care Stream is focused on substance use care innovations and best practices in community and hospital. The priorities of the Substance Use Care Stream will surround care across the entire substance use spectrum including safe consumption sites, safe supply, decriminalization, streamlined referral processes, and low-barrier access to treatment.
