WHEREAS at its May 3, 2019, meeting, the Board of Health Finance Standing Committee reviewed the 2018 audited financial statements and recommended them to the Board for the Board’s approval; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the 2018 audited financial statements be approved as distributed.
