Mindfulness is the awareness that arises through paying attention and being in the moment in a non-judgmental way. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an evidenced-based program originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn & taught by qualified MBSR teachers.

Course cost: $475.00—includes practice recordings, written instruction, and a certificate of completion.
Course registration is limited to 20 participants and a $25.00 non-refundable processing fee will be applied to ensure that space is available for those who can commit to participating. This fee will be applied to your registration.
