Online prenatal eClass
We offer a free online prenatal eClass at Public Health Sudbury & Districts. This self-directed eClass can be completed at your own pace, from the comfort of your own home, on a variety of devices.
This online eClass will teach you about:
- your pregnancy
- healthy lifestyles during pregnancy
- the first hours after birth
- feeding your baby
- life with your new baby
- keeping your baby safe
- community resources
