WHEREAS at its May 2, 2016, meeting, the Board Finance Standing Committee reviewed the 2015 audited financial statements and recommended them to the Board for the Board’s approval;

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the 2015 audited financial statements be approved as distributed.
