Public Health Champion Recognition Program (Motion #36-14)

Moved by Dennis – Schoppmann. Approved by the Sudbury & District Board of Health, May 15, 2014. 

THAT the Sudbury & District Board of Health approve a public health champion recognition program to recognize outstanding contributions by individuals and organizations in promoting and protecting health and preventing disease for everyone across the Sudbury and Manitoulin districts; and

FURTHER THAT a joint Board of Health/staff task group be established to operationalize the recognition program.
